Orcutt Hill Trails

The Animal Clinic of Santa Maria is a proud supporter of the Orcutt Trails project of the Santa Maria Valley Open Space. Since it’s opening on June 13th, the Santa Maria Valley Open Space trails has just had it’s 3rd Eagle Scout project completed. Orcutt Jr. H.S. 8th grader, Robert Cadena’s Eagle Scout project was to obtain and install a bench on the trails. The bench was donated by Richard & Janice Seidenberg of the Animal Clinic of Santa Maria with miscellaneous materials provided by The Fence Factory. With the assistance of volunteers, friends and family as well as county workers, Robert coordinated the work day. The work was completed and the dedication was on Sept 6th, 2012. The bench overlooks Orcutt Community Park as well as the Santa Maria Valley.
